Refund Policy

English Tenses Course

Refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been accessed. Once the course is substantially accessed, or after 7 days, purchases are non-refundable, subject always to your rights under UK consumer law.

Speaking Club

Your first month is a minimum commitment and non-refundable once billing begins. Cancel anytime after your first month to stop future billing; no partial refunds for a period already billed.

IELTS Intensive Programme & International Career Accelerator

Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before your first scheduled session. 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of your first session, or after it but before session 2. No refund once the programme is more than halfway complete.

Private Consultation

Full refund or free reschedule if cancelled more than 24 hours before your booked session. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Crypto payments

Payments made by cryptocurrency are non-refundable.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer protection law. Digital content and services come with certain legal guarantees that this policy does not override — if a Service is faulty, not as described, or not delivered with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under those statutory rights regardless of anything stated above.
