2. What we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, WhatsApp number
- Account details: email and a securely hashed password, for the English Tenses Course member area
- Payment-related data via Stripe and Calendly — we never see or store full card numbers
- Enquiry details from the crypto payment enquiry form
- Speaking Club voice messages, seen by your teacher to provide the service
- Standard technical/usage data

- Calendly — booking and payment for the Private Consultation

We don't sell your data, and don't share it with anyone else except where required by law.
5. How long we keep data
- Account and purchase data: for as long as you have an account, plus 7 years for accounting and tax records
- Crypto enquiry form submissions that don't convert to a purchase: 12 months
- Lead magnet email addresses: until you unsubscribe
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations), restrict or object to certain processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. 7. Cookies
The Site does not use tracking cookies beyond what's strictly necessary for it to function.
